The Personal Secretary is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Co-founder and COO in managing the organization’s operations, including support in regulatory compliances and administration.

The Personal Secretary must be creative and enjoy working with a growing company. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The role is dynamic and amongst other things may include the following:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personal Secretary

○ Managing the calendars

○ Regular follow up with various departments and teams for any outstanding matters

○ Regular Debrief on pending matters

○ Setting up and managing the wishes for special occasions of key employees, clients and contacts.

○ Following up, coordinating ongoing initiatives and getting them to a closure.

○ Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries ○ Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up

subsequently

○ Handling correspondence

○ Setting up and managing the wishes for special occasions of key employees, clients and contacts.

○ Producing reports and presentations

○ Carrying out any research.

○ Managing Reimbursements, basic accounts and

coordination

○ Regular errands & General administrative tasks
- OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT

○ Assistance with any Documentation

○ Review Legal documents

○ Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems

○ Overview of compliance requirements and follow up

○ Overview of Facility management

○ Change management

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in Excel & Spreadsheets
- Good understanding of GSuite and its capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to take high level inputs and act on them
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Professional discretion
- Interpersonal, Critical thinking and Problem Solving skills
- Project Management
- Ability to understand & leverage technology

Need 2-6 years of Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
