Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Audit conversations generated by the AI text bot to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with predefined standards.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in the AI-generated conversations.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the development team for enhancing the performance of the AI text bot.
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining audit procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Organize and categorize data collected from the audited conversations for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and product managers to implement improvements based on audit findings.
- Stay updated on advancements in conversational AI technologies and industry best practices.
- Improve the bot performance to reduce number of assists and False Positives/Negatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or computational linguistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in NLP such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in QA testing, data annotation, or linguistic analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to conversational AI (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is advantageous.
