Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood samples from patients in their homes, following established protocols and safety procedures.
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling of specimens during home collection visits.
- Coordinate with patients to schedule home collection appointments and provide clear instructions regarding specimen collection procedures.
- Transport collected specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling and storage conditions during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment and supplies used for home collection visits.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care during home collection visits, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases during home collection visits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure seamless coordination of home collection services with laboratory testing and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of home collection visits, including patient information, specimen details, and procedures performed.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay updated on phlebotomy techniques, safety protocols, and best practices for home collection services.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist, preferably with experience in home collection services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when verifying patient information and labeling specimens.
- Flexibility to work split hours and weekends, as needed, to accommodate home collection appointments.
- Physical ability to travel to patients' homes and perform venipuncture procedures in various home environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home collection visits.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
