A CNC Operator **sets up, operates, and maintains computer numerical control (CNC) machines to precisely cut, shape, and finish materials into parts according to blueprints and specifications.** Key responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, calibrating and programming machines, loading and unloading raw materials, performing quality inspections, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe work area. **Core Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup & Operation**: Load raw materials, set up the machine by entering programs and codes, and operate CNC equipment to produce parts with high precision.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Study technical drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications and translate them into machine instructions.
- **Maintenance & Cleaning**: Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on machinery to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts using specialized instruments to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and proper handling techniques for materials and machinery.
- **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of machine operations, production runs, and any issues encountered.
