We are looking for production Supervisior for our manufacturing unit based at palsana.
- Monitor production planning, allocation of resources, manpower and costing of the products
- Manage day-to-day production operations of yarn dyeing (Cotton, Acrylic, Polyester & Blended Yarn)
- Hands on experience on, DALAL, Sumangla & FONGS etc
- Maintaining the repeatability & reproducibility of every batch
- Supervise the production status, procedures & systems followed in production to ensure compliance norms with desired quality and timely delivery of orders
- Develop vendor source by identifying, assessing and overseeing on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, cost effectiveness, quality checks and timely deliveries
- Plan effective preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability
- Handle and supervise the testing and shade development in laboratory
- Taking preventive & corrective action during process chain

Experience in production handling of viscose, cotton and polyster yarn is mandatory
