we are hiring Architect.

**Job Description**:

- Create innovative and practical architectural designs for residential buildings that align with project

objectives, client preferences, and regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD

software.
- Possess a deep understanding of MCGM approval processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, DCR (Development Control Regulations) rules, and

other relevant regulations throughout the design and construction phases.
- Liaise with Liasoning Architect and obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for the

project.
- Co-ordinating with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and site managers to ensure

design alignment and smooth project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive design presentations, renderings, and documentation to communicate

design intent to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience of at least 4years as an Architect with a focus on residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of BMC approval processes and DCR rules.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Architect engineer: 3 years (preferred)
- Residential project.: 3 years (preferred)
