**Stipend**: ₹5,000 per month

**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and skilled **UI/UX Developer Intern** with strong proficiency in **WordPress UI/UX design**. This is a hands-on role offering a unique opportunity to work on live projects and collaborate with experienced developers and product teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and enhance user interfaces for websites built on WordPress, ensuring clean and user-friendly designs.
- Customize WordPress themes and optimize site layouts for seamless user experience across all devices.
- Create engaging UI elements such as landing pages, banners, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user testing and research to inform data-driven design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, content, and marketing to bring design concepts to life.
- Ensure mobile-first, responsive, and accessible design standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in IT, Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or related fields.
- Must bring your own laptop for daily work.
- **Hands-on experience in WordPress UI/UX design is a must.**:

- Understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and modern web design trends.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in typography, spacing, and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative problem-solver who is open to feedback and willing to iterate designs.
