We are looking for an experienced **Neurologist **to be appointed in a hospital in Kodungallur, Thrissur, Kerala.

A neurologist job description includes treating coordination problems, muscle weakness, a change in sensation, confusion and dizziness through medicinal treatment or surgical care. Patients who find difficulties with their senses such as touch, vision or smell may also require a visit to a neurologist. A neurologist work responsibilities include providing clinical support to patients suffering from seizure disorders, epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular disorders, myasthenia gravis or other infections of the nervous system. It includes encephalitis, meningitis or brain abscesses. Neurology career prescribes several tests to diagnose the illness or diseases. Such tests include MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), CT (Computed Tomography) scan, EEG (Electroencephalogram) and EMG (electromyography). A neurologist is responsible for diagnosing illnesses, disorders, injuries and diseases in the nervous system that affects the functioning of the body.

Qualification**:DM Neurology with TCMC registration**.

The Neurologist should speak **Malayalam**.
