**Technical**
- Worked on different deployment and service models.
- Understanding of various services offered by various cloud providers.
- Hands-on experience on at least one Cloud platform, preferably on Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with one or more popular configuration management tools.
- Understanding of network service concepts in cloud
- Understanding of cloud security best practices
- Understanding of cloud security compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with architecting virtual computing based infrastructures
- Hands-on experience on any of scripting languages is preferred
- At least one professional certification

- Work collaboratively with designers, testers, stakeholders and product owners

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Designing cloud-based architectures that are scalable, reliable, resilient, and secure
- Selecting appropriate cloud services
- Conducting comprehensive analysis on existing architecture
- Develop migration strategies for migrating from cloud and/or on-premise to cloud and/or on-premise.
- Assess readiness and dependencies for migrations and deployments from/to cloud
- Optimize workloads
- Ensure security controls and adherence to compliances
- Establish the monitoring framework for availability, performance, and security threats and devise and execute remedial strategies
- Participate in security and availability assessments and devise and execute remedial strategies
- Participate in DR exercises and devise and execute remedial strategies
- Participate in design of integrations with external data sources and systems and resolve any challenges thereof
- Anticipation of growth requirements and ensuring the plan in place for capacity additions
