**Job Title**: QC Lab Chemist (FMCG/Namkeen)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished dairy products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality specifications, and food safety norms.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and prepare reports as per company guidelines.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Develop, validate, and implement testing methods for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
- Monitor hygiene and safety protocols within the laboratory.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a QC/QA laboratory (preferably in the dairy/food industry).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, food safety standards, and ISO guidelines.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
