Location: Pune, Kharadi

Work Mode: WHO 5 Days

**Job Type**: Permanent

Experience: 1-3 Years

**PURPOSE**: Support Plastic Part Design and development with the help of Autodesk Moldflow Injection Molding Simulation.

**Technical Expertise**:
1. Basic in Injection Molding Simulation(Cool+Fill+Pack+Warp in MP, DD & 3D mesh) using Autodesk Moldflow s/w.

2. Proficient in meshing of plastic components and Mold Cooling systems using Altair-Hypermesh and Moldflow.

**Required Technical Experience**:
1. Should have basic knowledge of Injection Molding Process.

2. Should have basic knowledge of Mold Design Concepts.

3. Should have basic knowledge of Polymer Materials rheology and Thermodynamics

4. Should have experience in Plastic Part and Mold Development Process.

5. Good Results interpretation and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Support Plastic Part Design and development with the help of Autodesk Moldflow Injection Molding Simulation.
- Design For Tooling Feasibility(DFM) & Part Design Optimization
- Molding Window and Gate Location analysis
- Mold Filling analysis during the Design Phase-Fill+Pack +Warp
- Mold Filling analysis during Tooling Phase-Cool+Fill+Pack +Warp

2. Support plastic part design and molding process optimization using simulation and optimization techniques like Design of Experiments.

3. Effective report generation

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- BE/M.E / M.Tech / MS
- Polymer/Production/Mechanical/Too
- ling Engineering

**Example**:

- Automotive/Aerospace/Home Appliance Industry-Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Renault-Nissan, Eaton, John Deere, FCA etc.

**TECHNICAL**

1. Basic in Injection Molding Simulation(Cool+Fill+Pack+Warp in MP, DD & 3D mesh) using Autodesk Moldflow s/w.

2. Proficient in meshing of plastic components and Mold Cooling systems using Altair-Hypermesh

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
