Load Karma. is hiring **experienced Freight Brokers** with **at least 3 months of proven experience in logistics brokerage**. If you are confident in your communication skills, understand brokerage processes, and are located in the **Tricity area (Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur)** - we want to hear from you

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 months of hands-on experience** in a U.S. freight brokerage environment.
- **Excellent communication skills** - verbal and written.
- Must be **currently residing in Tricity (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula)**.
- **Immediate joiners only.**:

- Should be comfortable with night shifts.
- **Free cab facility provided.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage freight shipments between shippers and carriers.
- Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships.
- Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle documentation and compliance as per U.S. logistics standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
