Site Supervisor

Location: Anaparthi, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all work is performed according to project plans and specifications.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Resource Management: Coordinate the use of machinery, tools, and materials effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports on work completed, labor hours, and material usage.

Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients and subcontractors to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision or management within the construction or railway sector, specifically in trenching and cable laying projects.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control measures.

Language Requirements:

- Proficiency in English or Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu is an added

Pay: ₹10,245.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month
