**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging **offline classes in schools** using our **story-based, interactive teaching methods**.
- Help students develop fluency and confidence in spoken English by teaching them practical communication skills.
- Provide **weekly feedback** to students and track their progress.
- Collaborate with the team to **improve teaching materials** and adapt lessons to student needs.
- Participate in **regular training sessions** to improve teaching skills and stay updated on our approach.

- **Fluency in English** - Clear communication skills are essential.
- **Teaching experience** (preferred but not mandatory) or a passion for helping others learn.
- **Self-motivated and adaptable** - Comfortable teaching online and offline.
