- Associate need to prepare Daily / rolling cash flow statement of the Group
- Associate need to ensure timely debt servicing and vendor payment and accounting of Receipts
- Associate need to forecast the daily/ monthly/Yearly fund requirement and optimal cash management.
- Associate need to manage Escrow and RERA account required to be maintained as per lender requirement and ensure that no fund stuck in that account
- Associate need to handle day to day banking operations.
- Associate need to ensure Nil pendency in BRS for more than 7 days
- Associate need to prepare timely and accurate MIS and other reporting
- Associate need to manage the organisation's Banking relationship
- Associates from Real Estate industry will be preferable.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
