This role will provide support in the daily operations of financial document and data access, across all geographical and structured finance asset sectors.
- Maintain company's historical databases that are available online to subscribers in a timely and accurate manner.

- Respond and assist to internal requests for client deal access.
- Manage current client portfolios to ensure access requests and updates are timely
- Assist and support internal and external clients in accessing our data.
- Interfaces with vendors when required.
- Maintain metadata accurately with current deal access status and/or trustee documentation into centralized database
- Observes and adheres to all trustee and Moody’s Analytics governance processes and or legal guidelines.
- Communicate frequently with initial inquiry and follow up external parties
- Work with managers on problem solving and further developing the group and efficiencies within the group.
- Take initiative and handle special projects in coordination with other groups and management
- Undergraduate or advanced degree with course work in economics, finance, statistics, or related fields preferred.
- 3+ years of work experience in this sector or other related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel
