Key responsibilities include preparing dishes according to recipes and standards, managing inventory, training junior staff, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
Core Responsibilities:
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:Preparing and cooking a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and regional specialties.
- **Recipe Development and Improvement**:Creating new recipes and refining existing ones, while maintaining the authenticity of Indian flavors.
- **Menu Planning**:Collaborating with other kitchen staff to develop and update menus.
- **Inventory Management**:Overseeing ingredient stock, ensuring freshness, and placing orders as needed.
- **Food Safety and Hygiene**:Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- **Staff Management**:Training and supervising junior kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- **Quality Control**:Monitoring food quality, presentation, and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
