**1.To conduct the training to build capacities of the staff on FARM POND, JOINT LIABILITY GROUP(JLG),Life skills and social and Community development skills.**

**2.Conducting the training needs assessments along with Other Pond verticals SPOCs Across FARMPOND team.**

**3.Preparing plans for Capacity Building based on needs and Identifying appropriate resource persons on Program and purpose of training wherever needed.**

**4.Review and understand the impact of training thereby developing the follow-up plans**

**5.Training the FARMPOND team members on understanding the importance of documentation of**

**Group(JLG)**

**3.Increasing the Quality and efficiency of every employee**

**1.To Build centralized (Agri Projects) need based Capabilities as per management Instructions.**

**2.Reporting and MIS of Training Programs**

**3.any other activities as and when assigned by Management.**

**1.Coordination for setting up retail markets and branding for value added products of FPOs.**

**2. To build the capacity and capabilities within FPO CEOs &BODs and Field Executives of FPOs and FPO Executives of DF APEX and improving the outcomes of Executive level employees on need basis.**

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
