What is the role of a Social media marketing specialist at Suitable AI?

Put simply, you need to be an innovative storyteller working towards elevating the brand identity and brand awareness of Suitable AI. As a Social Media Marketer you will be doing the following:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns. This includes Social media, events, audience building, interviews, podcasts, PR, and any other area relating to such activities.

2. Create posts, graphics, videos, Gifs, reels, etc. whilst becoming the face and voice of Suitable AI to the outside world. (Including writing reviews on platforms like Quora, g2, and other similar sites)

3. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in the HR Space

4. Develop content ideas and write/curate content and work closely/brainstorm with the content team

5. Provide ongoing reviews of deliverables and work closely with the top management to measure the progress

6. Liaison with the content/product/sales team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- You will have excellent communication, good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Have a networking aptitude and networking skills
- Make, edit, and create videos, graphics, posts, Gifs, etc from scratch.
- Are experienced in marketing campaign strategies (preferred)
- Have knowledge of social media marketing
- Actively engage with social media, perhaps even with some experience of your own in content creation and influencer engagement
- Are good in verbal and written communication skills
- Can think out of the box

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per month
