**Profil**:
**Job Profile**:
You will be responsible for ensuring timely, reliable and accurate reporting of the legal entity, towards official authorities (e.g. Tax, Government), local management and to both the Hendrix Genetics and Sapthagiri group.

You will manage closely the cash position of the legal entity, and ensures working capital and expenses are closely monitored and managed. Ensures adherence to the Hendrix Genetics corporate governance, as described in the management charter. You will be overseeing the IT (hardware, software and communications) in close cooperation with the global IT department of Hendrix-Genetics.

Enable the Kona Bay India management and shareholders in its decision making processes on the basis of providing performance information, financial reports, budgets and re-forecasts, including making proposals for improvement actions with the aim to achieve the business and financial objectives of Kona Bay India.

**Do you have the following requirements?**
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economic
- Language: Proficient in English (written, verbal) and preference for Telugu speaking (local language)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience at finance management level with thorough financial management, reporting and risk management skills

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Management of the Finance & Control activities, according to standards and proceedings established for the company and following the guidelines established for the Hendrix Genetics Group and according to local legislation, in order to achieve the maximum reliability and accuracy in accounting, tax and economical information;
- During the start-up of the company, also assume responsibility for HR and IT
- Prepare and supervise the accounting information of the company and take responsibility of its reliability, before the deadline, according to legislation, company rules and proceedings within Hendrix Genetics
- Make, implement, control and review administrative procedures, budgets contracts of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. Ensure appropriate internal controls and processes are in place to prevent fraud and maintain integrity of financial information. Implement controls to comply with all local India requirements.
- Implement and maintain a correct and accurate flow of financial information (monthly basis) which enables the management to define necessary action in the field of:

- Sales volumes, sales prices, margins
- OPEX
- Capital Employed
- Debtors
- Cash flow
- Advice necessary actions to management to improve financial results and to reach targets as set out in the yearly budget
- Analyze and advice on financing of commercial deals and investments
- Control contracts for local insurances, rents and supplies
