**What role you will play in our team**:
Execute timely data upload & other requests from clients for assigned sites for all facility modules. Perform deep dive of assigned sites for Data quality of key focus area such as square foot, occupants, business units, regional residential sites and other similar areas to develop trust in the data for developing footprint strategy using system data. Act as COE (Centre of Expertise) for respective sites to provide advice to clients and general base users, perform troubleshooting & resolution to user queries. Develop a network of key users, provide regular trainings and consultancy on tool functionalities. Act as a gatekeeper for data entering into tool, perform daily checks, owns the data consistency & accuracy.

**What you will do**:

- Highlight any discrepancy and work with site staff to address data accuracy issues, provide support to educate users, escalate at the right time to get appropriate leadership attention to maintain data integrity
- Steward the progress of requests, continuously look for process improvement opportunity to bring automation using new tool, ensure process implementation of site onboarding/ retirement etc. by users
- Track data changes, provide visibility on health of the facility to leadership
- Spread awareness about digital tools, promote use of dashboards across users
- Create, coordinate and facilitate business processes for maintaining accurate security access, user profiles and space information etc
- Act as a backup for secondary sites within/outside region, share best practices across internal team members
- Coordinate with Product owners, Strategist to stay abreast with team’s priorities & needs and translate them into action with assigned sites

**About You**:
**Skills and Qualification**:

- Bachelor of Science with minimum 6.5 CGPA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field Must have relevant experience in IWMS tools or Nuvolo and AutoCAD or Autodesk
- Must have relevant experience in IWMS tools or Nuvolo and AutoCAD or Autodesk.
- Strong English communication skills Strong understating of common software including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn additional software - Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with global teams to meet customer needs.
- Well organized with attention to detail and concern for accuracy

**Preferred Skills/ Qualification**:

- Good Technical understanding of Service Now/ IWMS or any other IT management tool is a preferred
- Work experience in business processes related to Facility Operations is preferred
- Strong Knowledge of Space management tools like AutoCAD Architectural Desktop 2021+ is preferred
