**Service > Service Delivery > SSC - Services** At Vestas Shared Service Center, we are constantly working to deliver ontime support to Service business in terms of Contract management/ administration, technical planning for scheduled and unscheduled maintenances, transformation program, turbine performance reporting, Non-conformance management and Continuous improvements, etc, with an intent to optimize cost, LPF, commercial excellence. It is an ever-developing task in a progressive environment. This role will be part of Backend approval team which provides constant support to internal customers, focusing on validation of service/ work order data based on actuals from planning and execution. **Responsibilities** - Perform technical and financial verification of service orders after job completion. - Ensure hours and material consumption stay within thresholds. - Validate service orders and ensure correct financial posting and CIM cost transfers. - Verify eSIF checklist and conduct quality checks based on supervisor inputs. - Identify CIM transfer possibilities during backend processing. - Update turbine As-Is structure based on parts consumption. - Monitor and balance KPIs/PPIs related to backend performance and cost control. - Collaborate with Technical Planners to resolve complex issues. - Engage with stakeholders for PO closure. - Use scripts, gather data, and generate reports. - Ensure quality work closure with technicians and supervisors. - Provide coverage for Technical Coordinators during absences - Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts. **Qualifications** - Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 7 years of experience. - Fluent in English; an additional foreign language is a plus. - Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce. - Experience in service planning, wind turbines, and shift operations is an added advantage. **Competencies** - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. - Process-oriented with excellent time management and organization. - Advanced communication, teamwork, and customer-centric mindset. - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues **What We offer** At Vestas SSC, Chennai, we offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, flexible, creative and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
