**About the Organization**: PRATHAM Test Prep U/o IIFM Ltd is a Premium Entrance Preparation specialist for various undergraduate courses whether it is Management, Law, Mass Communication or B.Com etc. It has a curriculum which is intricately designed to meet the needs of the students who are preparing for various undergraduate entrances for various reputed colleges. The basic criteria for admission into any coveted university Pan-India is to clear an entrance exam which largely tests the Aptitude of the students in fields like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Current Affairs. This aptitude, which is latent in every student, needs polishing and practice. The faculty members are competent, erudite and experienced. Tapping the potential of the students in and around Delhi has encouraged PRATHAM to expand its horizons and reach out to students beyond Delhi NCR to Chandigarh, Lucknow and Jaipur. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - **Verbal Ability/Logical Reasoning **with strong emphasis on delivery of learning objectives and motivation of students to excel in the top entrance exam for various products of PRATHAM. - Developing relevant study material and modification of existing study material as per Entrance Curriculum. - Ensuring above average feedback from students and centers alike. - Creation of completely new mock test series for relevant Entrance examinations. - Recording regular Class Sessions for Online uploads. - Conducting regular sessions in schools, other educational tie-ups and other forums addressing large gatherings of students and/or parents providing information like "Career options after Class 12th" while effectively pitching brand PRATHAM. - Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for undergraduate entrances. - Analyzing trends and patterns of previous year exam papers and ensuring all training modules such as in class assignments, practice papers and full - length mock papers are in line with the ever evolving Entrance examination patterns and structures. - Regularly interacting with other internal team members and external faculty members to ensure consistency in imparting the curriculum. **Education and Knowledge**: - Minimum of Bachelor's degree in respective Subjects - **Eng.(H) for Verbal Ability, BA/BSc for Math's or B.tech for Quantitative and Logical Reasoning.**: - Professional proficiency with Microsoft office package and IT literate. - People with different education backgrounds and also welcomed who have the zeal to contribute to the society by teaching and mentoring young students. **Experience**: - **1-5 years of experience in the Coaching Test Prep industry in delivering aptitude classes (Freshers can also apply).**: **Skills**: - Very strong eye for detail. - Problem-solving attitude and creativity. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to deliver classes across PRATHAM Test Prep centers. **Personal Characteristics**: - Enthusiastic to learn new things and take on new challenges. - Team player and possess ability to multi task - Ability to meet deadlines - Should take new initiatives. - Professional Discipline and integrity - Should be proactive **Job Types**: Full-time/Regular.
