**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop innovative designs in line with current fashion trends and brand identity.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and design prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, production, and marketing to ensure cohesive product development.
- Source materials, trims, and embellishments while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- Participate in fittings and garment construction to ensure designs translate seamlessly from concept to reality.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements to continually innovate and elevate design offerings.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD. Strong sketching and conceptualization abilities. Excellent understanding of têxtiles, garment construction, and pattern-making.
- **Creativity**: A keen eye for detail, color, and proportion. Ability to think outside the box and push creative boundaries.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends, consumer preferences, and business needs.
- **Passion**: A genuine passion for fashion and a drive to stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced industry.
