**Job Description** Job Title**:SDET
**Location**: Bengaluru, India
**Work Mode**: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
**Experience Required**: 3-5 Years
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using **Java**, **Selenium**, or **Playwright**.
- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to identify test scenarios and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct **performance testing** using tools like **JMeter** and **LoadRunner** to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy and planning.
- Maintain documentation for test cases, test plans, and test results.

**Qualifications** Required Skills**:

- ** 3-5 years** of experience in **Automation Testing**.
- Proficiency in **Java**, **Selenium**, or **Playwright** (at least one is mandatory).
- Experience in **Performance Testing** using **JMeter** and/or **LoadRunner**.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.

**Educational Qualification**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field** is mandatory.
