We're looking for a talented Product Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual and interactive user experience of our products.

**About the Role**:
As a Product Designer you will be integral in designing and improving the user experience and interface of our digital products. Your creative and technical skills will play a key role in how users interact with and perceive our products, directly impacting our success and user satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish the user experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio (please include a link to your portfolio).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
