- Collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering student engagement and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Maintaining accurate records of student performance and assessment results.
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.
- Maintaining currency in their field by keeping abreast of new developments and advancements through reading, attending conferences, and conducting research.
