**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop aesthetically pleasing, responsive web pages and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma.
- Translate brand guidelines into functional design elements across all digital touchpoints.
- Design dynamic visual assets for web such as banners, sliders, and animated graphics.
- Ensure website design is optimized for all devices and browsers.
- Maintain and update existing websites based on business or user needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web and graphic design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a **Web Designer** or similar role.
- Strong **aesthetic and visual design sense** with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Figma**, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Good understanding of **responsive design**, layout principles, and web typography.
- Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** and dynamic design elements is a plus.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into digital formats.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Experience with motion design or animation tools is a bonus.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks or CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow) is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
