We are the first and only marriage super app in India offering end-to-end matrimony and wedding products to urban Indians, who are the primary decision makers for their marriage and wedding decisions, unlike their parents who were in the driver's seat a decade ago.

Our flagship product - matrimonial matchmaking - offers these users the world's fastest matching in a single click (US Patent No. 16/777,773). This matching technology is faster than dating apps and more accurate than traditional matrimonial sites.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Wedding Expert, you are responsible for

1. Discussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision making process.

2. Preparing a strait-laced budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner.

4. Identifying client’s needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

5. Maintain a deep understanding of Betterhalf & the services we provide.

6. Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industry

7. Achieving sales targets

8. Ensuring customer satisfaction

9. Build & maintain strong client & business relationships

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design or related field.

2. 2+ years experience in Wedding sales, planning or execution.
3. Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs.
4. Proven track of successful wedding planning or event management projects.
5. Customer obsession & excellent customer-service skills.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations.

8. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

**Compensation**:INR 5 - 6 LPA + Additional Incentives

**Joining Date**:30-60 days, Preference: Joining in 30 days

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
