Need Housekeeper Supervisor at BKC location
- Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring they follow established procedures and standards.
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on new methods, products, and technologies.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Address any deficiencies identified during inspections and provide feedback to staff.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, front desk) to address cleaning needs and special requests.
- Handle emergency cleaning situations and reallocate resources as necessary.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Order new supplies as needed and ensure their proper storage and usage.
- Track usage of supplies to manage costs and prevent shortages.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including room inspections, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Manage timekeeping and payroll for housekeeping staff.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure that all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Implement safety training and promote a safe working environment for staff.
- Address and report any safety hazards or incidents.
- Interact with guests to address their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that housekeeping services contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
