**Position: Marketing Executive**
**Location: Aluva, Kochi**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at EMERALD HILLS Resort. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting our resort, attracting new guests, and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive bookings for the resort.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage the resort's social media presence, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers, packages, and discounts to drive bookings and increase revenue.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to promote the resort and build relationships with potential guests.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and hospitality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
