**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic leadership in implementing and enhancing the IGCSE curriculum (Must).
- Support the Principal in managing academic and operational functions effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching standards, ensuring alignment with Cambridge guidelines.
- Mentor and supervise faculty, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Oversee student assessment processes, including internal and external examinations.
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards and regulations.
- Address student and parent concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Organize and lead professional development programs to enhance teacher effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to manage school operations efficiently.
- Promote extracurricular activities and initiatives to encourage holistic development.
- Stay updated with advancements in international education and curriculum trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Education or a related field; leadership certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic leadership within an IGCSE or similar international curriculum.
- In-depth knowledge of Cambridge standards, curriculum design, and assessment methods.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- Proficiency in using technology for academic administration and data analysis.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
