Flexo Operator

**Job Summary**:
The Flexo Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials on various substrates, such as labels, packaging films, and cartons, according to customer specifications and company quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Machine Setup & Operation**
- Prepare printing presses for production runs, including cylinder/mounting plate installation, ink mixing, and substrate loading.
- Operate the flexographic press efficiently to meet production targets.

2. **Quality Control**
- Monitor print quality throughout production and make necessary adjustments to ink density, registration, and color matching.
- Conduct regular visual and instrumental checks to ensure output meets client specifications.

3. **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the press.
- Identify and resolve mechanical or printing issues promptly to reduce downtime.

4. **Production Documentation**
- Maintain accurate production logs, material usage records, and quality control reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols.

5. **Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with prepress and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train junior operators or assistants when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
