ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.

**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
BCN Academy is a dedicated Center of Excellence of Learning and Development at BCN to design and deliver best in class skill development initiatives across BCN, fostering close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

We’re looking for a passionate individual who is enthusiastic about elevating learning and eager to be a part of a journey where they can make a meaningful impact.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
The role requires **graphics expertise and content management.**
- ** Work on training content with respective content creators/ leads** and help them reimagine representation for more effectiveness
- Production of training presentations **graphics using Bain software and tools as Bain design guidelines**:

- Support other** specialized graphics** **asks** for BCN Academy work
- ** Update existing content** (from graphics point) and version control for all trainings
- Help identify and drive innovation to **make content more effective and engaging**:

- Create graphics/animated videos for inhouse e-courses production
- ** Support custodian of all training content** for BCN Academy
- Support on-site training activities when necessary

The role demands time management, **very high attention to detail **and requires high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office within a PC Windows operating environment and strong interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders effectively.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Graduate (any stream) with degree/ experience in graphics design or related field with 3-5 years’ professional experience
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office -specially **PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams**:

- Knowledge or prior experience of creating e-courses on Articulate 360
- High attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Professional customer service attitude
- Excellent planning, organizational skills
- Demonstrate openness and flexibility while executing training initiatives and projects and helping other team members
