**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our interior design firm. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will involve reaching out to leads, understanding their requirements, and scheduling appointments for our design team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads list
- Explain our interior design services and offerings clearly and persuasively
- Understand customer requirements and pass qualified leads to the sales/design team
- Schedule appointments or site visits for interior design consultations
- Maintain a record of all calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel Sheets
- Follow up on previous calls to build client relationships and close leads
- Handle basic queries or direct them to the appropriate team member

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [Language(s): e.g., English & Hindi]
- Good telephone etiquette and listening skills
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Confident, polite, and patient personality

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
