We're looking for a dynamic Junior Marketing Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help with marketing tasks like creating digital and print designs, content, and social media activities.
- Work with teams to ensure we do tasks like website development, social media, and campaigns well.
- Be a contact point for clients, making sure everyone understands what needs to be done.
- Maintain good quality in our work and suggest ways to make projects better.
- Give ideas based on current marketing trends and client needs.
- Manage tasks to finish them on time.
- Assist in making and sharing reports about our marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- having a basic idea about other marketing tasks.
- Have some experience or knowledge about digital marketing, especially in B2B settings.
- Familiar with online marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Be committed, think critically, and work well with others.
- Good Communication skills with time management and Proper Body Language, Willingness to go above and beyond and Ready to Learn new things.

**Skills**:

- Project Coordination : Handling tasks and sharing updates.
- Team Collaboration : Being a Point of Contact Between Client's Team and Internal Team.
- Digital Marketing : Planning and Promoting online.
- SEO, Social Media & Ads: Enhancing online presence and promotions.
- Basic Content Knowledge & Industry Understanding.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
