**About the role**:

- Communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, business consultants and Project Managers
- Accountable for all aspects of automating the activity requested by internal teams.
- Work with TDM project managers on implementing the requirements in the most suitable technology
- Ability to create technical documentation
- Well organized, attentive to details attitude
- Analytical thinking
- Strong team-player and self-started attitude
- Understanding & expertise on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) methodology and knowledge of freeware automation tools and work flow i.e. Selenium, Nice and Wintask etc...
- Perform weekly reporting on activity
- Proactively suggest ways of improving the tools, the support process
- Ability to create technical documentation
- Well organized, attentive to details attitude
- Analytical thinking
- Strong team-player and self-started attitude
- Build BOT as per the requirement from the OBS Functions and sub functions.
- Proficient in requirement gathering and risk assessment
- Show a ‘can do attitude’ to solve the staff problems
- Promote best practice usage and existing procedures
- Contribute to procedure documentation availability and update on regular basis
- Contribute to the growth of Intellectual Capital Process by ensuring quality documentation (accurate) is published and maintained in the relevant repositories

**About you**:

- Certification in MS Office Suite
- Business Analysis experience
- Educational or Professional knowledge of RPA software (i.e. : Nice, Selenium, Wintask, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion) would be a plus
- JavaScript and HTML experience
- Visual Basic, Python or.NET experience
- SQL databases and PL/SQL knowledge
- Experience in MS Access or MS Excel VBA would be a plus
- Very good command of English, French would be a plus
- Understanding of project management methodology from requirement gathering to project closure
- Customer oriented - Customer support skills
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work within an international and operational environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and occasionally extended hours.
- Ability to work autonomously within predefined tasks and planning.
- Proactive, positive and objective attitude
