- 3 months**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting with Channel Partners (Broker) at their office location
- Searching New Channel Partners (Broker) and empanels with them
- Demonstrating and presenting products to CPs & Clients
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems**Skills required**:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, Internet Browsing
- Excellent communication and writing skills (English will be must however knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage)
- Have passion for learning new skills
- Punctual & Self driven
**Terms and Conditions**
- 6 Days Working Monday to Saturday
- Time Morning 11 to evening 6:30pm
**Stipend: ₹ 7000/-**
