Primary duties and responsibilities
1. *Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:* Warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office, creating a positive first impression.
2. *Answering and Directing Phone Calls:* Managing incoming phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate individuals or departments, and taking messages accurately.
3. *Managing Appointments:* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for staff and clients, maintaining an organized appointment calendar.
4. *Handling Inquiries:* Responding to inquiries from visitors, clients, and callers, providing information about the organization's services, products, or policies.
5. *Administrative Support:* Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
6. *Managing Mail and Packages:* Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, preparing outgoing mail and packages, and coordinating courier services as needed.
7. *Maintaining Reception Area:* Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring magazines, brochures, and other materials are neatly displayed.
8. *Operating Office Equipment:* Operating and maintaining office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
9. *Assisting with Special Projects:* Providing support to other departments or staff members on special projects or tasks as assigned.
10. *Providing Customer Service:* Assisting customers or clients with inquiries, requests, or complaints, and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
11. *Maintaining Security:* Monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
12. *Collaborating with Team Members:* Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
**Experience**:
