**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide beauty treatments such as facials, body treatments, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures in accordance with the salon’s procedures.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific skincare and beauty concerns and recommend personalized treatments.
- Perform skin analysis and provide expert advice on skincare products and routines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their treatments.
- Cross-sell and upsell beauty services and products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and product preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Ensure the health and safety of clients by following sanitation standards and maintaining clean tools and equipment.
- Manage stock levels of products used during treatments and inform the salon manager when supplies need to be ordered.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Certification in Beauty Therapy** from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist in a salon, spa, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, massages, and manicures/pedicures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attention to personal grooming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality services.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty product ranges, with the ability to recommend products.

**Education**:

- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with advanced treatments like microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, or chemical peels (if applicable to the salon).
- Sales experience in beauty products or services.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the beauty industry.
