**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and janitors.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Assign duties and schedules to staff and monitor their performance.
- Train new employees and conduct refresher training as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens; order stock as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on room status, occupancy, and maintenance issues.
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus.
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Lifting or moving heavy items such as linen bags, vacuum cleaners, and furniture.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
