**Job Summary**: The Fitter Welder Helper assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and pipelines used in the water treatment plant. This position supports welders and fitters by providing manual labor, tools, and materials, while ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with operational and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in construction, welding, or mechanical work (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of welding, fitting, and mechanical tools.
- Ability to use hand tools and welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures in industrial environments.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.

**Certifications (optional but beneficial)**:

- Welding certification (e.g., ARC, TIG welding)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
