**Salary Details**
- Care Homes:

- Assistant Nurse: €2,700 - €2,800 (depending on employer)
- Registered Nurse: ~€3,400 (depending on employer)
- Hospitals:

- Assistant Nurse: €2,300 - €2,400 (depending on employer)
- Registered Nurse: ~€3,200 (depending on employer)

**Probationary Period**

The first 6-12 months of employment may be considered a probationary period, during which

salary rates may be at the lower end of the scale, i.e., €2,250 - €2,700 (depending on

employer).

**Referral Fees**

**Up to 9 B1/B2 nurses per month**:

- German B1 cleared nurse - 1010 Euros ( or equivalent to INR 90,000)
- German B2 cleared nurses - 1571 Euros (or equivalent to INR 1,40,000)
- Payment timelines - 20 % of the referral fee on accepting the job offer, 50% of

the above referral fee shall be paid to the sourcing partner on the first working

months post migration.
