**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website and other marketplaces visibility.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

**On-Page and Technical Optimization**:

- Lead on-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, meta tags, and site structure enhancements.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement advanced technical optimizations for improved crawling and indexing.

**Link Building and Outreach**:

- Develop and implement sophisticated link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority.
- Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners for link acquisition.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website and other marketplaces performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on key SEO metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

**Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends**:

- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Adjust SEO strategies accordingly to maintain and improve search rankings.

**Content Strategy Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO goals and contributes to overall digital marketing objectives.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Implement CRO strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates from organic traffic.
- Analyze user behavior and implement changes to enhance website and other marketplaces performance.

**Team Leadership and Training**:

- Provide guidance and leadership to the SEO team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest SEO trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of Experience in Marketplaces and website SEO optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a focus on advanced SEO strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring a team.
- Advanced proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush, Google Search Console.

**Technical Skills**:

- Advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with server-side configurations impacting SEO.

The role may evolve to include additional responsibilities based on business needs.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
