We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team.
- You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media.
- To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop, etc.
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
- Create original, eye-catching designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, competition, and industry trends to create designs that resonate with our customers.
- Continuously maintain and update design files and digital asset libraries.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of design projects, from conception to final delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our design output.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving design-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
