*Primary Responsibilities:*

1. Provide administrative support to senior executives (CEO, CFO, etc.)
2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
3. Prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

*Administrative Tasks:*

1. Manage and maintain files, records, and databases
2. Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
3. Coordinate office operations, supplies, and equipment
4. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
5. Oversee daily office operations

*Communication and Collaboration:*

1. Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders
2. Communicate executive decisions and directives to relevant parties
3. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences
4. Develop and disseminate executive-level reports and documents
5. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders

*Strategic Support:*

1. Conduct research and analysis to inform executive decisions
2. Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefs
3. Develop and implement projects and initiatives
4. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

*Special Projects:*

1. Coordinate special events, such as board meetings, annual general meetings, etc.
2. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
4. Implement process improvements and efficiency measures
5. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams

*Soft Skills:*

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

2. Excellent English communication verbal as well as written.

3. Ready to work in night shift.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
