Job Role:

- 8+ years of experience in Application Integration (Enterprise, B2B)
- Strong working knowledge on atleast 2 Integration tools (preferably among IBM SI, IBM ACE/ACP/IIB, webMethods, SAP PO7.5, CPI)
- Working experience with various Brokers, Integration server, queuing mechanisms and protocols (SFTP, AS2, SMTP, HTTPS etc.)
- Knowledge of various Integration patterns (PUB/SUB, Point-to-point) and Adapters (SAP, JDBC, JMS, cloud native etc.)
- Familiar with both AIX and Red Hat Linux (6 & above), Operating Systems including storage / network infrastructure
- Should have worked on creating SDDs, ADDs, multiple RFPs, technical and design proposals, estimations.
- Good experience in Integration consulting, solutioning, tool comparison
- Exhibit capability on performance tweaking, clustering, capacity planning, sizing, both vertical and horizontal scaling
- Fair exposure with Cloud technologies with integration tool - Installation, network, File systems, clustering etc.) either on AWS, Azure etc.
- Exposure on various open source integration tools and data patterns
- Should have experience in project/task planning, transition planning, execution from other teams, scheduling, execution and completion of projects within defined timelines, resourcing and hiring for key positions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management (client interfacing)
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Must exhibit strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Must show willingness to take on new challenges and environments

**Education**:

- Masters/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Any integration developer/administration certification

TOGAF or equivalent architect certification
