**Job Title**: Technical Fresher - Textile Technology

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Support**: Assist in monitoring and optimizing the production processes for têxtile manufacturing.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to standards.
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide support in operating and troubleshooting têxtile machinery and equipment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of tests, production data, and process improvements.
- **R&D Collaboration**: Work with the research and development team to test new materials and processes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines in the manufacturing environment.
- **Continuous Learning**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.

**Educational & Skill Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or a related field.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of têxtile manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control techniques.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to perform basic data analysis and interpret production results.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills; capable of working effectively within a team.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; any additional software skills related to têxtile production are a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
