**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning**: Design and implement effective lesson plans that align with the CBSE Board curriculum.
- **Assessment**: Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate students' progress. Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.
- **Curriculum Development**: Participate in the development and refinement of the curriculum to keep up with academic advancements and standards.
- **Student Mentorship**: Provide academic and career guidance to students. Offer extra support for students who need additional help.
- **Parent Communication**: Regularly update parents on their ward’s academic progress and development through meetings and reports.
- **Classroom Management**: Ensure an orderly and disciplined learning environment, encouraging student participation and ensuring a positive atmosphere for all.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain student attendance, academic records, and other necessary documentation as required.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize modern teaching tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience, including smart boards, online resources, and more.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other faculty members, including the head of the department, to ensure consistency in teaching standards and educational goals.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest trends in commerce education and attend relevant workshops and training programs.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
