IT Assistant

**Educational Qualification**:

- BE / BCA / B.Tech / MCA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive IT support with strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Administer, configure, and maintain servers to ensure uptime, performance, and data security.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux operating systems across multiple environments.
- Manage and administer Google Workspace (G Suite) including user management, security, and collaboration tools.
- Support IT automation by implementing and working with AI-driven tools.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel and basic Power BI.
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and networking equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and other IT-related infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- In-depth understanding of IT hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in Linux OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with server administration and cloud productivity platforms (Google Workspace).
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for IT process automation.
- Strong command over Advanced Excel functions and basic Power BI dashboards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

**Experience Required**:

- 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
